Translation error mainly comes from the X-Y axis positioning system, while rotation error refers to the poor accuracy of the alignment organization of components.
2. Repeated accuracy of SMT machine
Repetitive accuracy refers to the error that occurs when the SMT mounting machine repeatedly installs a specific coordinate orientation. Therefore, the sample accuracy provided by the SMT mounting machine is reflected by the repeated accuracy of the mounting machine.
3. Resolution of SMT machine
After the mounting head receives the pulse command signal, the resolution of the R-axis is the resolution of the mounting machine. The R-axis of the mounting head will rotate by degrees, and the current good mounting machine resolution reaches 0.0024/pulse. Resolution can also be simply understood as measuring the minimum increment of machine operation, and measuring the motion accuracy of the machine itself is an important performance indicator.
2、 Improve the power of SMT patches
1. Load balancing. To ensure that the number of patch components for two SMT mounting machines is reasonably allocated while the mounting time is the same.
2. SMT mounting machine itself. The SMT mounting machine itself has a maximum speed value, but it is usually difficult to achieve this point, which is related to the X/Y structure mounting machine. In terms of mounting speed, it is necessary to take as many equipment measures as possible to pick up the head. In addition, during the placement process, components of the same type are placed together to reduce the number of assembly times and save placement time.
