There are two definitions of accuracy in SMT mounting machines: positioning accuracy and repetition accuracy. The accuracy of the placement machine refers to the mechanical accuracy of the X and Y axis navigation motion and the Z axis rotation accuracy of the placement machine, which can be characterized by positioning accuracy, repetition accuracy, and resolution.
Correctness of SMT chip processing
1. The positioning accuracy of the SMT machine refers to the orientation of the actual components and the size of the errors in the components set by the SMT machine. There are two factors that affect the accuracy of the device, namely translation error and rotation error. Translation error mainly comes from the X-Y axis positioning system, and rotation error refers to the lack of accuracy of the components in the medium organization.
2. The repetition accuracy of the SMT mounting machine refers to the error caused by the specific coordinate orientation of the mounting machine's repetition device. Therefore, the sample accuracy given by the SMT mounting machine is indicated by the repetition accuracy of the mounting machine.
3. Resolution of the SMT machine: After the SMT head receives the pulse command signal, the resolution of the R-axis is the resolution of the SMT machine and the degree of rotation of the R-axis of the SMT head. At present, the excellent resolution of SMT machines reaches 0.0024 u002F pulses, and the resolution can also be roughly understood as measuring small increments of machine operation. Measuring the motion accuracy of the machine itself is an important goal.
The above operations in terms of accuracy and other aspects need to be carried out by relevant staff. We advocate that we should not operate blindly, which may cause problems in machine calibration and affect the accuracy and processing speed of the SMD products produced by subsequent machine processing.
